Seems to have done the trick, thanks a bunch.

Offline Riverhead

Odd, I don't recall ever downloading the wallet before. Just got a new laptop, in application support there's a bitshares x folder with two .json files and  wallets > default folder with various files.


Could be an artifact from whomever built the .dmg package at DACSun. Rename the wallet directory and relaunch the client and you should b good to go. I'll create a bug against the release.

It means there is an existing wallet with a passphrase it's looking for. You need to find the wallet directory and rename it so the client will create a new one. Someone more familiar with OSX will have to help with the location.

Anyone know what's wrong. I downloaded the wallet and all I get is this screen - http://imgur.com/2lzEnSY
I can't unlock, as I've never been given a chance to set up a password. Any ideas?
