I fucked up some transactions ... due to the "insufficient" bug of the previous version and accidenally send out some transactions twice and three times ..

i've tried several times registering my address on Poloniex, it gave me always the same error.. invalid name. i checked a million times, it matches the one i've chosen in BitSharesX. (same as username here)

Glad to see that as BTSX is booming, we have a lot of new users recently.
I remember there was a tipping post organized by toast, and then we added "help desk" to help new users. Probably we need to make "help desk" more visible for new users, so that new users like to ask and follow questions on "help desk", instead of asking around on the forum.
