To protect the market against manipulation there is a min number of orders that must be placed.  We identified a potential problem and have removed the necessary orders until the delegates can upgrade.

why is it showing insufficient depth?
Orders are not matched as well. The highest bid price 22.4444 is greater than the lowest asking price 21.5. What is the sufficient depth for the market to start working?
