I registered but now I can't withdraw from bter. I tried twice and get : cancelled:BTSX account is not registered or memo is too long   

I'm using no memo. Can you verify I am registered?

So I downloaded the client, set a password, created an account, bought btsx on bter.

I want to register the account. To register an account I need btsx.  To withdraw btsx from bter I need a registered account.
