no receiving message in PTS wallet

Why some of my withdraing PTS immediately show up in my wallet. Some of them not even they are withdrawed at first?

I withdrawed 300 PTS from BTC 38 on 10-24-2014,  it didn't show up  in my receiving PTS wallet,  but after that,  I withdrawed another 100 PTS, it immediately appeared in my PTS wallet with 0 confirmation.
I understand PTS comfirmation is very slow these days. But is it normal  there is no receiving message in my wallet after BTC38 sent PTS to me?
Is there any  reason can cause this kind of situation?

Yes it is extremely slow.  The network difficulty is very high but the number of miners is very small ie network hash is low.  It is expensive to maintain PTS as it is.  I suppose this is one of the reasons why I3 decided to pull the plug.
