v2 of the addresses is to be created soon.   I need to get all the latest requests peppered about first.

From here on out ALL REQUESTS are done via making a delegate.  No more posting random requests in here.  I have to make sure they're not conflicting or taking away other names.  This just adds a lot of work that doesn't need to be done.

If you have a founder-id issue then post message.  If you want a KeyID create BTSX account and register as delegate.  All error requests will need to be done in new thread.

remove suspicious delegates with ID 2946,6769, 6793, 6845 for possible terrorist conditions.

??

I am also very interested in your definition of terrorist. This is a very misused word.

I suspect it was a joke making fun of my suggestion that I may censor racist names in the genesis block.    Maybe he thinks I'm preventing someone from expressing themselves ?

Regardless - please do not have this conversation in this thread.  It is enough work keeping track of people sending me requests in 4 different places with a script that merges 3 lists.  I don't need noise in this thread.

TYVM !

Also - PLEASE PUT REQUESTS IN THIS THREAD AND NOT IN PRIVATE MESSAGES.

Can I still get KeyID? If can, how?

Register as delegate at BitSharesX and you will be in DNS genesis, or you can register your KeyID after DNS will be launched.

Can I change my keyID?

mr-sm ---> dayzh

If dayzh belong to you in BitSharesX - simpler way - make dayzh delegate and dayzh will be included.
BTW mr-sm doesn't exists in BitSharesX

That simple? I'll try this way.
BTS ID: dayzh
keyID: dayzh

My Delegate name is andrew.btsdacs ,and I can't find it in the list, what's wrong?

Thank you!

How we will claim our keyID? Using private key generated from BTSX ?

Yes.  You will use the key in your wallet.  Basically you'll import the private key from your BTSX wallet.  That is the plan.  I can only ASSUME there will be many dry runs so we can test this stuff out and make sure it all works before the real live run.

Can't find my delegates in there but I guess they will be next time you pull the names. Will definitely be interested in running a delegate for DNS too so would be nice to have the same name.

Are the delegates sub accounts?  Sub accounts will not be moved to DNS DAC because of the period etc.  This isn't really replacing anything directly related to BTSX so it isn't necessary.

Is svk31 registered as a delegate ?
Ah thats why then, only have subaccounts registered as delegates atm, suppose i could register svk31 as one too just to squat the name..

You'll be able to register whatever racist/misogynistic name you desire.  It just wouldn't be put in the genesis block and source code for eternity.  I'm not even sure I'll do it.  I can think of several types of names I personally would not want in the source code if it was my project and of importance.

Likely 100% irrelevant in the long run, but let those people register those names on their own.

Agree 100%. I wouldn't want them in there either. I have no desire to register such trash but it's a "I hate what he has to say but I'll defend his ability to say it" sort of thing. Thanks for clarifying.

if you want you can delete all delegate-xeroc-* accounts ... they are obsolete .. can proof ownership if necessary :-)

How do you get on this list?

You either had a founder ID, or you had a registered delegate.

I will likely grab registered delegate list again, so if you create btsx account and registered delegate you'd be on then.

edit - It will be some time before I grab the delegate list again.  Likely right before Toast wants to make official live run.  So even if you register a delegate, don't expect it to necessarily show up in minor revisions.

to be clear, is this a list of the Keyhotee founders?  If so "The Angel Wave Project" founder ID is not appearing on the list.  Can you please double check this.  Thanks.

This is a "OFFICIAL KeyID/DNS DAC Genesis block v 0.1" meaning it is first revision.  When it updated I'll give it a new version #.

"The Angel Wave Project" has spaces and capital letters so it is not possible.

3) Possibly remove offensive names or a cursory attempt at least.

All good here, found the names I expected to. I'm a bit concerned about #3 though as it's pretty subjective.

'Sex' and 'sexy' are not registered - Can I get them (will provide picture if needed  :)  ).

I can even register a delegate with that name. Or even mine it with koyeteee [sorry I know it is misspelled, never learned to spell it  :(]

This is beyond my authority.  Send sexy pictures to Toast.

Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.

In addition, all delegates with names from this list will be removed.

http://data.iana.org/TLD/tlds-alpha-by-domain.txt

this isn't a hard rule, just to avoid people from leasing sub-names of normal TLDs. if you appeal it we'll let you have it for less common ones.
Do not use this post as information for making any important decisions. The only agreements I ever make are informal and non-binding. Take the same precautions as when dealing with a compromised account, scammer, sockpuppet, etc.

VERSION 0.1
The full list is found at http://pastebin.com/6WJLZhXD

2 columns,  KeyID and Public Key to claim ownership of KeyID

Things I need to do/double-check

1) double check the output (seems like maybe it is a bit small... but likely correct after removing sub accounts)
2) chase down bytemaster's public keys.
3) Possibly remove offensive names or a cursory attempt at least.
4) I need to re-add founder ids that were removed due to TLD conflict.
5) add alts special request + others
