Does the market become frozen until someone chooses to enter in a short price that corresponds to what the market is at?

Probably would be arbed away.. with more bitassets more arbing can be done.. anything above the peg shouldnt last too long.

What will happen to the prediction market when nobody wants to short? We've seen the opposite case, when everyone is bullish on BTSX shorting was so popular we had to put rules into place that prevented shorting below a median price feed. So how about when we're in a downtrend and everyone is bearish on BTSX and wants into BitAssets?
