Thanks a lot GaltReport.

That is exactly what I was looking for.   I have no funds, so no worries.  I'm just playing around with an empty wallet.  Thanks again.

Be advised that following the instructions below will COMPLETELY remove your BitsharesX wallets!!

Proceed with caution and backup your wallet and the directory below if you have funds in your wallet.

In addition to uninstalling in Windows, which you seemed to have done already, you will have to remove the whole Bitshares folder in:

c:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\Bitshares X

where username is your username.

You can then re-install.

I'm playing around with the new release of the GUI offline, mostly to learn about the console functions, and noticed that upon removing the program and reinstalling I am no longer presented with the option to create a new wallet.  I get the "Unlock" screen.

This happens if I try to uninstall with the built in uninstaller or uninstalling through the control panel.  Does anyone know a way to do a completely fresh install in Windows without wiping the hard drive?
