Sort Order: blockchain_market_list_bids <quote> <base> 1

I noticed that top .. when applying a limit in market_orser, the sorting is wrong

+5% for that feature!

Can we have this list the highest bid?  Currently it shows 0.00002 or something similar when the actual highest bid is 0.034ish (USD/BTSX).


I'd like to add a get_highest_bid(quote, base) to my bot.
