This particular bug was a display issue... it was pulling in all USD shorts from the USD / BTSX market as if they belonged to this market.

BTSX will not be supporting asset/asset shorts for a while.

BTW, I do not know how much pulling is involved (from the bitUSD market), sounds more like pushing, because
I managed to place the displayed order using the GUI as a short bitUSD, using bitBTC as collateral (had some bitBTC).
Just so you know.

Yes... your GUI issue is a separate thing.   The blockchain enforces that short orders have a base asset of BTSX.

Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.

thought so ... it's just not yet implemented i guess (just asking because you said: "Without a price feed on USD / BTC ...."

Without a price feed on USD / BTC then the short will not match.   It looks like it is pulling orders from the USD / BTSX market and displaying them.
ui .. even more feeds now .. uh .. again pimping the script :)

You won't need to publish this feed... we can calculate it based upon BTSX feeds.

It is erroneously printing short positions from the USD/BTSX market. Only BTSX can be used as collateral.

Does this mean there will soon be a healthy market for BitUSD -> BitBTC ?

That would be yet another reason for not holding Bitcoin.
I think this is a step in the process of allowing to short bitUSD and provide collateral in bitBTC... (and vice versa)
