The next BTSX release will have a command "wallet_verify_titan_deposit" (https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares_toolkit/issues/832#issuecomment-59448843) which can be used to verify whether a specified transaction sent a TITAN deposit to any account in the current wallet.

Gents,

Another message from the Richie @ Bittrex  - Can we help explain why this might be happening.

And as an aside - is there a method or any plans for exchanges and service providers to get this sort of help and assistance - I imagine providing this sort of support for the BitShares ecosystems and partners will become more important and robust as time goes on.

Here is another ticket I just got... Not sure why but these are coming up in the last couple days. Again, do a wallet_get_transaction its not there, but if i do a wallet_scan_tranasaction id true, it shows up afterwards

What's going on?

=====
I have made 3 transactions:

1: 15000 btsx

Transaction #6ef93e78

Block #620778 (http://127.0.0.1:49325/#/blocks/620778) , Transaction #0 , Next #0 (http://127.0.0.1:49325/#/tx/)

TimeStamp: 30 septembrie 2014, 16:30:40 GMT+3

2: 1 btsx

Transaction #8fce354f

Block #622487 (http://127.0.0.1:49325/#/blocks/622487) , Transaction #0 , Next #0 (http://127.0.0.1:49325/#/tx/)

TimeStamp: 30 septembrie 2014, 21:15:40 GMT+3

3: 2 btsx

Transaction #01637e7d

Block #622494 (http://127.0.0.1:49325/#/blocks/622494) , Transaction #0 , Next #0 (http://127.0.0.1:49325/#/tx/)

TimeStamp: 30 septembrie 2014, 21:16:50 GMT+3

For transaction 1 (15000) the wallet shows the memo 4cb7e8287aa949e2ba6, and the recipient account bittrex-deposit, but for transaction 2 and 3 in my wallet there is only unknown. Still my funds were taken from my wallet. I have attached screenshots.

Thanks xerox and BM , I've shared your info with Bittrex and suggested they refer to this post with their client if it turns out there is still a dispute after checking.

Manually scan the transaction. If it does not pick up then he sent it somewhere else.

we might need a "validate_address" feature in the wallet ..

not sure if this is working but the target address of the transaction should (as far as it would make sense to me) be part of
wallet_account_list_public_keys <account name>

so:

BTSXN1YnQhu9tht2EX8v8TA3nJUJwyknqcXNe
BTSX54Suhqui6j3vuWyPuH17aBLozy8G7mgUi

should be in
wallet_account_list_public_keys bittrex-deposit

(i think)

//edit:

just check with one of my accounts. It seems to be the case

Hi Dev Team,
I've had a query from Richie from the Bittrex  Exchange in relation to BTSX

Can we help by responding to his query / call for help?

NethyB, i've got a problem that I don't know how to solve. I have a user claiming to make a deposit to us, and provided the transactions id, but they don't show up in our wallet. I see the transactions on the blockchain, but I have no clue where he deposited to.

How do we prove definitively if a deposit gets here?

Here are the two transactions in question... any pointers?

Thanks,
Richie
