ok your probably right xeroc.

What im getting at is how does one do an IPO?

Also I pitched a bitcoin coming I personally know the owners of, they got into doge coin way back but they were convinced with bitshares the only problem?  They dont understand it.  The bitshares.org website is for professional users not for newbs like them and me.

1) create asset with max supply X (wallet_asset_create)
2) issue Y <= X shares of that asset to YOUR account (wallet_asset_issue)
3) sell shares on the exchange for a fixed price (you will be the only seller, at least in the beginning)

done

Sounds good but if you are a non-listed stock market company, who makes sure your not stealing money out of the books once you have issued an asset?  Here is the scenerio:

You are a small time currency exchange service that does 2 - 5 million a month with 1% margins.  You issue yourself as an asset.  Who regulates your quarterly reports or makes sure the CEO or owners dont steal money?

Or maybe I just don't get what you are asking

Opinions please, lets hear them, no wrong answer.

Im hoping someone DACPOs (DACipo) (ipo = initial public offering) something like this https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=9515.0  But with this potential DAC is it going to charge a small subscription for its technology into the "mesh network"

Long live technology and bytemaster!  (I say this even if he fucks up temporarily, he has got us this far, no?)

P.S.

Dont nit pick me on "actual business DAC" I mean a business with a business model that runs revenue.  I think bitsharesx/i3 is like a treasure chest if they pull this off their treasure goes even higher.

P.S.S.

May need to work with the SEC on the legality of DACPOS (DACipos)
