I do not understand.  90% payrate is a lot different than 90% payrate on BTSX.  90% is a lot of money.  People really need to understand what you are doing.  Perhaps start out with a smaller percentage and then show us what you are doing and create another delegate ?  You would asking for almost as much money as every other delegate combined ?
