Hi guys, I'm new here (although I guess we all are!), who pays the fee? Does lighthouse charge the 0.5% on both sides of the transaction?

Hi Skaffen,
we are all new, right :)
Lighthouse is so kind and make the first 3 deals free of charge, yesterday he already finished one deal, so i don't know at the moment how many more escrow services he already finished.
To be honest i cant answer your initial question :D
But if the fees will be only charged for one side, i will pay the fee.
cheers

Yeah I'm on escrow 5 now, so there is a 0.5% fee on transactions under 100, 0.25% between 100 and 1000 and 0.1% on over 1000
So the fee for this should be 1.25 PTS
they can be sent to this address PtJbBkEApVNFYonfkXRyrVTkKkGfamw92C
IF you're interested in using my service, send the full PTS amount to this address.
PdPgC7UUH5EbpPPgB492g7JBmGjigzDj73
Once I have 12 confirmations I will write again and OK the release of Bitcoins. The Bitcoins will be sent straight from the buyer to the seller, once the seller confirms reciept to their satisfaction ( I recommend no less than 3 confirmations) they give me the OK and I release the PTS to the buyer. I also release if we get to 12 confirmations on the BTC network and the seller has not OK'd.
-
Ok, so to clarify using 500 PTS as an example. Would Comal send lighthouse 501.25, i.e. lighthouse's fee being added on top of the transaction amount?
-
I guess I should standardize this and simplify fees.
Seller pays my fee, it is 1PTS for any transaction per 1000PTS (0.1%)
It is also 1PTS for all transactions below 1000. If you'd prefer to pay with Bitcoin, the exchange rate will be based on the sell price and I can provide an address if needed.
So the seller would pay 1PTS to PtJbBkEApVNFYonfkXRyrVTkKkGfamw92C which is my escrow payment address,
and send 500PTS to PdPgC7UUH5EbpPPgB492g7JBmGjigzDj73 to be escrow'd
-
yes i will pay the fees, if you buy 500PTS you will receive 500PTS.
thank you Lighthouse for providing already all addresses needed to make a deal.
when skaffen agrees i will send the amount ti Lighthouse and provide my BTC address.
