Title: Can we get Bitshares 2.0 on Slashdot?

Bitshares 2.0 is nearing release and Slashdot is a king maker in technology.

Bitcoin has been on Slashdot many times and a lot of people discovered Bitcoin through Slashdot.

The referral program would make it interesting because Slashdot mods and the site itself could make money from Bitshares. I suggest when Bitshares 2.0 is released anyone who has a prominent Slashdot account go and find a way to get Bitshares 2.0 as a story on Slashdot.

I don't think it's a good Idea to publish a pre-release announcement there ... But definitely we should have a post @launch ..

i would probably wait a week to make sure everyone migrates smoothly and them would do it, either  a bitshares or openledger add

we also need way more publicly accessible and redunand full nodes to which we can connect the web wallet ..
otherwise the OL and BTS wallets will just be boomed out of the internet

Wait a few more days to get referrals working and fix a few more bugs and then do it imo.
