Haven't checked the math, but sounds about right to me. The high profit you mention is absorbed by the labour and capital costs I would think.

I really think this is a serious topic, I would like to know what Free trade thinks about this. I am confident that a rebrand followed by a strong marketing campaign will take this coin to new levels.
AV=1 is taken from config file, just change it to 0 for auto-tuning. I will make it default in next release.
For AES-NI part, I don't get it. Script is looking for aes flags in /proc/cpuinfo. Can you check this file if it contains 'aes' flag?
