I loved the idea of Citizenship .  Pretty similar to what @bytemaster once talked about on a mumble-hangout session.

Novakov told me the citizenship is for a point in the universe. I think Lykke uses the cititenship also but is from someone else.

It's colored coin so it's not a threat. Very small community, not likely to innovate very much, and how will they profit?
