Title: 0.4.21---cover order bug?

I short 10 bitcny with 0.02% interest rate. but only after one hour , I must cover the order with 18.2762 bitcny.
why?

There was a bug in the interest calculation that will be fixed in v0.4.23: https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares_toolkit/issues/877

Users should avoid covering until 0.4.23 is released.
