MemoryCoin 2.0 has a serious problem with difficultly yo-yo-ing from very easy to very hard. It's better to resolve this problem sooner rather than later, so I'm going to be releasing new code for this problem within 24hrs. As its a new coin and most users will still be heavily engaged, I don't think we'll need a long period of adjustment - maybe 24hrs, so please keep abreast of developments here.
-
Great ! Maybe you could also fix the problem that you need to pay a tax for a vote.
-
How does that work. Do we have to upgrade clients?

Not yet. But you're on notice that an update will be required shortly. I'll let you know when it is available.

Thanks for working on difficulty adjustment, FreeTrade!
I've made announcement about the incoming fork on www.MemoryCoin.info and bitcointalk.org
-
While you're in there, you may want to make debug.log logging, optional in the client.
Thank you.

Is the network down? I lost connection about 2 hours ago. I relaunched the app and it won't sync?
-
Turning off UPNP helped for me.
-
Should we download the new source yet?
-
Yes, you can download it, the old won't work after block 750
-
I've just downloaded and started the new wallet, having problems connecting to the network, same as when first version was released. Hopefully this will resolve itself.
New version is here for anyone looking for it.

The blockchain has ground to a halt, so the fork has been brought forward to 607 - please upgrade to 0.8.54
-
Has the PTS fork been brought forward (ie. after block 32000) for the new version of the memory coin client?
And is there a memory coin client for mac?
Thanks
