What is this Syscoin?  I saw sidhujag talking about it on polo a few days ago.  Is this worth looking at?

Yes.  Just do not margin it.

And if you do, do not use BTS as collateral to margin BTS. :P

Its nice to see BTS as one of only two of the polo margin coins doing well right now.  BTC and FCT both heavily green, rest are red.
The only other major things I see doing well right now is the storage coins, SJXC and SIA, and XEM.

people on poloniex are really curious about bitshares

traders are skeptical, afraid to be dumped on, disappointments

meanwhile there is general recognition now compared to before that the tech is useful and brilliant

BTS wrecked a ton of people in october because the insiders and original pts miners dumped when 2.0 released.  That pretty much made people not trust BTS.

The BTS chart reminds me of Monero in December and January.  It would spike up and then go back down, did it several times.

Then it finally broke out.

Hopefully we see BTS move to 3000+ sats in a couple months.

Guess we should create a ETH MPA soon.

that'd be great, so we can easily short ETH (not that i'm an ETH hater)

Shorting an ETH MPA = guaranteed losing all your BTS I think. :P

But I'm in Monero, so therefore I am required to think Zcash and Dash are both scams. :)

Not to be too off-topic, but what's the problem with Dash?

They instamined a ton of dash in the first few hours, then massively reduced the supply.  Kindof like Bitshares. :P

Also mixing doesnt really provide nearly as much privacy as ring signatures.

Boy does ETH ever feel like a bubble now, but like all good bubbles it just keeps going up.

It has risen to close to 1/6th of Bitcoin market cap.  The bubble is becoming a giant over a span of a few days.

Yeah it might just pass BTC and turn the crypto world on its head.

BTC would never recover I think.  Good alts would flourish.

Have u noticed every and each coin on polo gets pumped these days following eths fury road. But not this fuck. Fake walls just got pulled LMAO. Glad I got rid off this cocksucking shit at 0.000012 few weeks back. What a faggotry lol.

I was going to say: Hey, BTS actually went up some today, thats great.

Yeah its lagging behind ETH and MAID and XMR, but at least it went up a bit.

Better than LTC, Doge, NXT, or Stellar, they havent moved up at all recently.

We need some positive developments to get people excited about.  We need to show the world that we can do many of these things ETH can as well, but we have 1% the market cap, so its worth buying BTS too.

Reasons I prefer Monero to Zcash:

Zcash has 10% premine (20% of the first 4 years production).

Cryptography of zcash is completely new and untested, compared to Monero being based on cryptonote which has a couple decades of academic research and testing.

Zcash requires you to trust the group of people creating the genesis block, forever.  If they have actually colluded, they control the coin.

If Zcash ever has a bug which creates a large number of coins, there is no way to know, EVER.  Because you cannot tell any info about the blockchain.  The bug exploiter could gradually dump extra coins on the blockchain for all time, and you would never know.  You ill never know if that downtrend is just a downtrend, or if some guy broke zcash and he has a quadrillion of them now and can dump infinitely.

But I'm in Monero, so therefore I am required to think Zcash and Dash are both scams. :)

I hear what you are saying. But to investors. Its just another altcoin. As is BTS. Is Ethereum? Is safecoin? Im not sure.

Investors change their mind one at a time as they individually research and wake up to what a crypto offers.  It becomes more than 'just an alt', and they realize its potential and buy in.  This applies to BTS, ETH, XMR, Maid, or whatever.
