If Ethereum implements POS by next summer 2017, does that mean that they are effectively ~2 years behind Graphene? I know it's probably more complicated than that, but I'm just trying to get the 20,000 foot view.

And will this make Eth technologically competitive with Graphene?

Can quantum computing technology be a future threat to cryptography technology? Will QC be able to crack cryptographic messages? Thanks for your time!
