That's unfortunate .. not that I mine .. but to see that you picked a contractor that does deliver :(

his pool has been delivered for the better part of 2 months, he simply chose not to use the software.
ill let freebie handle this one...

Why not talked via cellphone and/or skype calls? There seems to be lack of communication and organization.. form both parts, or this wouldn't happen.

I'm just saying, the new pool has been ready for people to mine on for over a month, I mean Bunker himself has been mining on it for over a month now (screenshot of payouts db):

As kuro put it, I'm just going to let @Freebieservers handle this in terms of discussion, I just felt obligated to point out this skewed mentality of "it's entirely our fault."
I thought I was reading the NXT thread for a moment. You guys have exactly the same defense. Ouch.
Here's hoping BCL gets what he needs.

were more than willing to go through any arbitration, you can keep saying get it done and claiming its not done all you want, doesnt make it true, to anyone who wants to mine on his new pool:
http://216.146.143.200/dashboard
as you can see from the stats its been up and been mined on for a month or so.
Just curious, why shut down the old pool until the new one is 100% up and running? I don't care if payouts are manual and once a week etc... just want my cards earning bts!
I tried to connect to stratum+tcp://216.146.143.177:4447 two different miners said the pool dead did u put a wrong number for stratum thanksJust curious, why shut down the old pool until the new one is 100% up and running? Proxy Pool:
https://github.com/dogestreet/proxypool
Install and configure the software provided and link it to the modified UNOMP via the provided instructions, and plug in the pools you want to switch to via their instructions.
Enable capability to mine multipools like NiceHash
Implement upstream pool proxy mining to smooth profitability for high-difficulty coins (litecoin, doge, dash, bitcoin) (https://github.com/Stratehm/stratum-proxy, https://github.com/dogestreet/proxypool)
Ready to implement stratum port DDoS protection - ie. Incapsula (https://www.incapsula.com/ddos/)
Have the website translated to other languages to attract miners from other countries (Manderin, Hindi, Spanish, Russian)
Nice Charts (highcharts) of Pool Hash Algo
Miner Payout Lookups
Miner Real Time Hash Rate stats along with estimated daily payouts
Establish a high and stable history of payouts on multipool.us and coinking.io
Enable BTS address mining using username or public_key
Automated Payouts - Payouts are done once a day now manually in bitUSD. All funds now are mined and automatically sent to exchanges where they are auto traded to BTC. From BTC we then go to metaexchange.info or blocktrades.us to get the price for BTC/bitUSD at current market price, and then send that amount out from our delegate balance.

[11/23/2015 11:02:41 AM] Kuro: from one glance i can tell you were for sure missing a few
[11/23/2015 11:03:56 AM] Kuro: once we have the payout system configured for the new coins ill swap unomp for the current install
[11/23/2015 11:04:10 AM] Kuro: then all thats left is to point your dns to the new front end
[11/23/2015 11:04:14 AM] Kuro: and run the payouts
[11/23/2015 11:06:10 AM] Kuro: let us know when you have the new wallets ready please and thanks
[11/23/2015 5:58:13 PM] Jonathan Bunker: I will have all the wallets verified tomorrow
[11/24/2015 9:14:53 PM] hybridd: Cryptsy is/has been being DDoSed for the last little while, so there might be some down time / delay on the payments occuring.
[11/25/2015 2:17:09 PM] Jonathan Bunker: ok
[11/25/2015 2:17:12 PM] Jonathan Bunker: so we are not going to move the wallets
[11/25/2015 2:17:15 PM] Jonathan Bunker: we are going to leave them where the yare
[11/25/2015 2:17:23 PM] Jonathan Bunker: all the wallets have been worked on
[11/25/2015 2:17:27 PM] Jonathan Bunker: and are working
[11/25/2015 2:17:56 PM] Jonathan Bunker: lets see if we can get this working tonight
[12/1/2015 7:00:03 PM] Jonathan Bunker: Seriously great way for us to get hacked
[12/1/2015 7:00:05 PM] hybridd: all your rpcs are localhost bound they reject external connection
[12/1/2015 7:00:13 PM] hybridd: there's no way to get hacked lol
[12/1/2015 7:00:36 PM] hybridd: not to mention funds are constantly being moved off the RPCs to cryptsty, if there is a breach of security the loss is inisignificant
[12/1/2015 7:01:14 PM] hybridd: If you want added security, I can add basic http auth to that page so it requires a user/pw to see.
[12/1/2015 7:01:22 PM] hybridd: but it's not nessesary.
[12/1/2015 7:01:42 PM] Jonathan Bunker: What if wallets take a public address to be on remote systems
[12/1/2015 7:02:03 PM] hybridd: what do you mean?
[12/1/2015 7:02:12 PM] hybridd: do you want to jump on a call, I think it'd be easier to discuss verbably
[12/1/2015 7:02:41 PM] Jonathan Bunker: We want wallets to not be on the same physical machine as the mining pool
[12/1/2015 7:03:12 PM] hybridd: that's fine, the way Bunker.Transfer moves the funds is by SSHing to the machine that the wallets are on
[12/1/2015 7:03:28 PM] hybridd: So even if it's on a different machine, that's no problem and doesnt' change the way our system works
[12/1/2015 7:04:15 PM] Jonathan Bunker: Pass protect that page is necessary at least to satisfy perceptions of security of the pool
[12/1/2015 7:04:27 PM] hybridd: Alright, no problem I will get that added tonight.
[12/1/2015 7:05:11 PM] hybridd: That page isn't mentioned anywhere publicly, so only with fusking would the url be found, so it is fine for now, but I will get a password added asap.
[11/22/2015 9:26:38 PM] Kuro: i was thinking we could give an update on your behalf and take the blame, we have been doing family stuff over the weekend but intend to launch first thing in the morning, we just need to sit down with you tomorrow morning and handle the small details during the launch
[11/22/2015 9:26:55 PM] Kuro: what time is good for you
[11/22/2015 9:27:25 PM] Jonathan Bunker: ok.. I will be at the bunker 9:30am my time.. I have a LOT going on tomorrow though.. so I will only have some inbetween time
[11/22/2015 9:27:49 PM] Kuro: okay we will be on and launching around then
[11/22/2015 9:28:56 PM] Jonathan Bunker: ok.. see u then
[11/22/2015 9:29:23 PM] Kuro: do you want us to post the update?
[11/22/2015 9:31:22 PM] Jonathan Bunker: no.. at this point there is nothing else other than getting it done that is going to be satisfying... lets get the payouts out and get the mining pool updated and get going.. then see what needs to be said at that point.

If the space is causing that much of a problem, I propose we use a different character then since we are unable to use the password field for this. What other characters are not allowed in BTS 2.0 usernames? Is the pound symbol (#) allowed? If it is not, then we could do something like hybr1d#USD

I've added "|" as a delimiter for an asset, so try mining with the name for example: hybr1d|USD and that should work as well (instead of a space). For the record, the pool is at ~0.019 BTC so payout should be soon... (need to mine 0.01 BTC more b/c its moved in 0.01 chunks, so could be a few more hours).

SHA256 seems to be working well but high diff Script ports are deadI have the same problem with scrypt showing 5mh and I should be at 20-24mh when I had my rig routed through miningrigrentals as soon as I took it off and it was fine the thing is I use them cause I rent some rigs but the main thing is I'm never home so monitoring my rigs are easier this way

I reported on more issues with the pool and they have been fixed. If you look at the dashboard display now, you can make sense of the hash data now that it is separated by protocol.
Community here has been finding issues with the development pool and fixes are being done. Awesome.
Proxy pool implementation has been refused to be delivered now despite my inquiries on it's completion.

the pool is production ready any time.

with us testing the password field for bitassets, we will update.

the proxypool software is ready to be installed and configured however bunker refuses to do it himself and is preventing its delivery for the community.
as we are software development contractors and not responsible for such things, i would look to bunker to solve these problems.

Item #5 on the terms of the contract which you have (committing another NDA infraction adding to the list) posted earlier, states that this feature would be implemented. That means to be put into effect and functioning. Only now have you started this narative of it being something we are responsible for installing and configuring despite over a month of chat logs and phone conversations that are contrary to this position. As well, the bottom line fact that the contract from the very beginning called on you (freebieserver) to complete this.
Actually, this narrative of it being something we have to do ourselves only began Tuesday (December 1st) where you restated everything was delivered a month ago that you claimed to "have proven that fact". I then took the positive approach and apologized, not knowing you had completed the proxy pool mining portion which had been the hold up previously, and asked if you could please send all the documentation necessary so we could input account info and start testing. It was only when I received the documentation that included this feature, did this story of 'setup yourself' start. This was shared at this update: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,20350.msg262715.html#msg262715
We are here now in this public forum @kuro112 because whatever collateral I extended to you through my reputation and good faith despite the numerous excuses over the past three months that spanned blaming everything including your own team members @hybridd and @Freebieservers , has been spent.
I am not in the business of posting personal chat logs to forums. It is a serious breach of confidentiality and trust, particularly under a signed NDA agreement. So while you think you are manipulating public opinion by using edited snippets of chat logs, all you have really accomplished is destroying any trust anyone might put in ever talking to you again about anything. You have demonstrated through your own actions you cannot handle data responsibly. Regardless, what's done is done, and the consequences of such will continue for you.
I knew taking this measure would result in the monkey poop throwing palooza you seem to relish in when your contracts go undelivered. What matters most though is what I told you on December 1st.. execution. So if I had to get a little monkey poopie thrown at me so we can get you executing on the contract, sobeit. (cue an epic @Tuck Fheman meme) :)
I just want delivery for what the community paid for, and I am only excited about how much closer to that we have come in a few days. You would do well to be equally excited, and dig in to getting everything completed and in production. It would only help you.
Looking forward to seeing more progress today!
am not in the business of posting personal chat logs to forums.
(cue an epic @Tuck Fheman meme) :)
ive been sitting on the sidelines here but feel it is important to recognize when there is an issue it is almost always BOTH SIDES at fault in some manner. And I take myself into account on this because i have to remind myself the same things when i have conflicts. it is one of the beautiful...yet complex aspects of being human. Still we all have to admit what is being done here in bitshares is code based...which takes time, user feedback and iterations...
please everyone lets just get back to working on this so this production seems less like lord of the flies.. :/
to those testing....THANK YOU for being productive and moving this forward while largely dodging the "monkey poo" ♡

x11 looks to be working again. How will payout amounts work with 2.0's higher fee's? Still daily or will the miner be able to decide?

What is the proper format for X11 to mine BROWNIE.PTS?
In looking at users there appears to be a "|" separating the username and asset, but that's not what the instructions say.
So I'm looking for some clarification. Thanks!

Any plans to merge mine LTC/DOGE/VIA?
Unfortunately at present the merge mining in the pool is not supported as of yet. However, we are reviewing to see if it is something we can do sooner rather than later.
Alright, I've implemented a credit system. Let me explain how it works since it will apply to some of you on the next payout cycle.
Joe is mining, but doesn't have the most hashing power in the world. For sake of simplicity, let's assume Joe wants to be paid in BTS (and not another asset). Our pool requires you to have mined a minimum of 45 BTS, since we assume transferring could cost upto 45 BTS, thus if you mine 50 BTS in a cycle, you're paid 5 BTS (50-45=5).
Joe mines a humble amount of 20 BTS per cycle.
cycle 1:
Joe mines 20 BTS.
Since Joe doesn't get paid on cycle 1, he's awarded a credit of 20 BTS.
cycle 2:
Joe mines 20 BTS
Joe has a credit of 20 BTS, so he's owed 40 BTS.
Since 40 BTS is still not a sufficient amount, Joe's credit is updated to 40 BTS.
cycle 3:
Joe mines 20 BTS.
Joe has a credit of 40 BTS, so he's owed 60 BTS.
Since 60 BTS is a sufficient amount Joe gets paid 15 BTS (60-45=15).
Fee's hurt miners with weak hashing power the most, and for this I have a possible solution to mitigate the fee-cost that I will discuss with my associates, as well as BCL.

Thank you. Without logging of the prior rounds mining, there would be zero point for anyone with lower hashing power to mine.
Also is there a plan to have stats like the old site with the payout profitability and details on the site?
Things are working good on my side for x11 and sha256.

if you see 0 for a prediction it doesn't necessarily mean 0, but more so indeterminate -- keep in mind these are estimates so they're not necessarily super accurate.

Status Update
No more payouts from the previous pool today were requested.
Our first automated payouts got processed today and in that discovered a bug that prevents the proper payout in some circumstances. A fix was applied and we wait to see in the next payout if it worked.
We had #10 item on the list of things that needed to be completed delivered. If you login to your User stats page, you can now get an estimate of how much you will be paid during the next payout in your respective currency. Will continue to test it.
We got merge mining setup and are exploring possibilities of somehow including it as part of the payouts.
Much more to come!
Keep on mining and giving us feedback on everything. If you have any issues let us know!
Thanks to everyone!

Payouts have been occuring, however Bunker has made the decision that the shares your miner has acquired will only be grouped against miners mining the same algorithm. We'll be implementing this change soon.
To walk you through this, suppose theres are 3 miners and these are their respective shares (hypothetical numbers to make calculations easy):
algo coin name shares
x11 startcoin joe 10
x11 startcoin sam 5
scrypt casinocoin joe 100
Suppose the 0.04 BTC threshold is hit
Current Way
joe = (0.04 * (100+10)/115) / BTC_PER_BTS
sam = (0.04 * 5/115) / BTC_PER_BTS
Changes to be made
0.02 BTC of which is from x11, and 0.02 BTC of which is from scrypt.
joe = ((0.02 * 100/100) + (0.02 * 10/15)) / BTC_PER_BTS
sam = ((0.02 * 0/100) + (0.02 5/15)) / BTC_PER_BTS
tl;dr for those of you since math is apparently hard and don't understand the phrase "hypothetical numbers":
x11 miners get paid based on x11 coins mined
scrypt miners get paid based on scrypt coins mined
sha256 miners get paid based on sha256 coins mined
this change has not been made live yet.

We've changed the way users stats is displayed. It will show you all of the shares you own since the last payout, and tell you how much of the shares you own %-wise.It appears that the .04btc payout limit is per algo? Was thinking it would be total for pool… Though i am unsure what is the most fair.
Payouts have been adjusted to now occur at 0.04 BTC.
An estimate can be calculated like this:
BTS = 0.04 BTC / RATE_BTC_BTS * %-Holding
i.e. if you hold 10% of all shares since the last payout, and suppose the current market value of BTS is 0.00000920,
BTS = 0.04 / 0.00000920 * 0.10 = 434.7826

Nice improvement. Any other plans to share on the future of the pool? The previous one was interesting because you ran the delegates to provide a bonus, what's the plan to make this one extra profitable?
Status Update
Those of you mining may have noticed that payouts have gone past the threshold that we set for the pool. This is due to cryptsy delaying the transfer of BTC out of their exchange. There have been a whirlwind of other accusations related to cryptsy payouts including class actions.
Some of our more profitable coins were only on cryptsy, but there isn't more profit when you simply are not getting paid out.
I decided that we would cut our losses, and use what coins we can, and a few new ones that we can exchange at Poloniex, and Bittrex.
Between these two exchanges, we currently have about 17 coins between all three algos that the pool currently supports. In addition to this, we also have enabled merge mining with DOGE. We are working out a way to make this part of the bonus payout.
The migration has not been completed yet. As you can see, after we had updated all the wallets and the config for the pool it appears all our charts suddenly stopped working. This has been reported to @Freebieservers along with the updated deposit addresses to start being directed at the other exchanges. If you ignore the charts you can see from the workers below on the Dashboard the current coins that are being mined.
Hopefully we will see the payout make its way out of crytpsy, but we aren't holding out a lot of hope given all the accusations and the shrinking volume happening there.
Please continue to test the pool and report any other issues you are finding, or things missing that you think should be there in regards to features and/or reporting. If you have been mining elsewhere while we are still in development and have seen some good success with other coins, also feel free to share and we can consider adding those to the pool if they are available for exchange on Polo/Bittrex.

Actually getting this error msg on the payout page.
k so that's why I only received a small payout after mining for 5 days without one is because craptsy is holding up withdrawals it not your fault thanks for the updates it sucks cause it just seemed everything was going well that the exchange had to get us outside of that the ports I'm running on seem to be good
Still need to update the "getting started" page with x11 and sha256 instructions.Seems I overlooked this, I'll look into this in the morning, thx.
If you have been mining elsewhere while we are still in development and have seen some good success with other coins, also feel free to share and we can consider adding those to the pool if they are available for exchange on Polo/Bittrex.
that's what I thought it sucks that this is happening with cryptsy they support a large amount of alts and have been around for awhile makes you wonder what's going to happen with all the coins that rely on them for being their only exchange if cryptsy goes underk so that's why I only received a small payout after mining for 5 days without one is because craptsy is holding up withdrawals it not your fault thanks for the updates it sucks cause it just seemed everything was going well that the exchange had to get us outside of that the ports I'm running on seem to be good
Yeah that's correct. We have really around 0.1 BTC to be distributed, but about 0.06-0.07 BTC of that is being held by Cryptsy. The distribution that happened today was only worth around 0.036 BTC.
It looks like the modified payment model is indeed working... it's just unfortunate that Cryptsy is in the position it's currently in. We've eliminated using them entirely from out system now.Still need to update the "getting started" page with x11 and sha256 instructions.Seems I overlooked this, I'll look into this in the morning, thx.

that's a good point I guess this is a way to clean up a little there's no reason why there's 200 to 300 different alts when most of them are copy and paste code with nothing different to offerthat's what I thought it sucks that this is happening with cryptsy they support a large amount of alts and have been around for awhile makes you wonder what's going to happen with all the coins that rely on them for being their only exchange if cryptsy goes underk so that's why I only received a small payout after mining for 5 days without one is because craptsy is holding up withdrawals it not your fault thanks for the updates it sucks cause it just seemed everything was going well that the exchange had to get us outside of that the ports I'm running on seem to be good

Many of those alts are very low volume, which is why they only have Cyrptsy left.
just one more thing I noticed on the getting started page there's a typo under sha for normal diff there 8192 for the port it's 3339
k either I'm going crazy or it's been changed the other day when I was looking at the getting started for the different ports the norm diff for sha256 said 8192 but anyway I think the pool running great I haven't had no issues connecting or with hashrate outside of the issue with cryptsy seems payments are running good you guys did a good job getting it up and running seems any little glitches that where found was fixed petty quickjust one more thing I noticed on the getting started page there's a typo under sha for normal diff there 8192 for the port it's 3339
where do you see that?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Most BTC LTC and BTCD withdrawals are currently extremely slow moving due to tech issues. This progressively got worse over the past week and were trying to find the reason they are not going out. Please understand that due to extremely high security this a very complex system and the problem is still being resolved.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Should you wish to cancel your pending withdraw, please let us know.
we need a little more hash on sha256 I don't think I'm doing anything by myself it sucks cause I sold my antminers s1's and my s2 cause the power to profit was worth it if I still had them they all would be at bunkermining
is there anyway to forward the hash to nicehash at least this way even if there's only a few ppl hashing on sha but altogether it's still a low hashrate there can still be a payment cause nicehash pays for every accepted share just I thought I'm not a programmer so I don't no if it's a lot of work but if it isn't than even the guys with USB sticks can collect a few bts than when our rate goes up it'll swith to regular coinswe need a little more hash on sha256 I don't think I'm doing anything by myself it sucks cause I sold my antminers s1's and my s2 cause the power to profit was worth it if I still had them they all would be at bunkermining
Feel free to recommend low diff sha256 coins to add to pool as its not producing any blocks with this low hashrate.

Status Update
All the mining has now moved to mining.bunkermining.com and is no longer functional on the IP address that was posted here.
The operation caused some downtime due to DNS propagation issues, but it was done within about 30 minutes total.
If you haven't updated your configurations please do so now to resume your testing.
We had some challenges in the switch over. We will continue to monitor the situation and make fixes as needed.
sounds good I figured that being the pool not really be advertised so there's really not a lot of hash right now once it's ready I'm sure some more ppl with sha rigs will be on I'm just waiting till after the holidays are over than I have plans to retire my rig I have now and get a s7 that I'll run here thanks for the update I'm sure this pool will be a successis there anyway to forward the hash to nicehash at least this way even if there's only a few ppl hashing on sha but altogether it's still a low hashrate there can still be a payment cause nicehash pays for every accepted share just I thought I'm not a programmer so I don't no if it's a lot of work but if it isn't than even the guys with USB sticks can collect a few bts than when our rate goes up it'll swith to regular coinswe need a little more hash on sha256 I don't think I'm doing anything by myself it sucks cause I sold my antminers s1's and my s2 cause the power to profit was worth it if I still had them they all would be at bunkermining

Unfortunately this was one of our feature parameters of the contract for the mining pool that will not be fulfilled by freebieserver.
Keep in mind though that we are ONLY TESTING right now. We have not gone into production. We are also only in an early version for the pool that will have many more things to come in the near future.
Once we go into production, we can start to publicly invite anyone to mine the pool and we should have our hash rates increase. I know that there are many with sha256 who are just waiting for us to be finished.
I also plan to buy some hashing power from these rig leasing places when we get started to help prop up the hash of the pool for a little while until we get word spreading.

Interested in update also.
neither of those delimeter's work for me. Is a "period" acceptable? What is the proper format for X11 to mine BROWNIE.PTS?
In looking at users there appears to be a "|" separating the username and asset, but that's not what the instructions say.
So I'm looking for some clarification. Thanks!
You can use either a space or a "|", both are acceptable.Code: [Select]public static char[] AddressDelimiter = new[] { ' ', '|' };
ty!
Any updates on the progress of the pool? I have not seen payouts in a few days.
Can i get som help on mining SHA256 here :-*
We are getting blocks, but no payouts yet for the SHA256. Bittrex is showing more than enough volume to have gotten the conversions/sales done. Is there a certain number of blocks needed to make it worth payout?
Everything ok with the payouts? According to the website, a few payouts are not showing up in the wallet even though they are indicated on the website.
