I'm not surprised they haven't yet upgraded - the API is much harder to work with than in 1.0.

What is the Github URL that those exchanges must use to integrate said API?

I think once those wallets get sorted and they resume trading the price will jump back up

I looked on Btc38 and Bittrex and you can't deposit or withdrawal Bitshares on those you exchanges. What's the reason for that? If it has something to do with the update why doesn't Bitshares jump on that and help these exchanges out?
