Title: what is purpose of struct static_variant ?

what is purpose of struct  static_variant ? 
is it similar with boost::variant ?
there is not any comments about this class,
who can explain what the purpose of this class ,

Yes. Similar to boost static variant.   The types it can contain are defined at compile time.
