Title: Interest is a testnet to push tps?

I am interested in a testnet with only higher end witness nodes so we can attempt to push tps.  If anyone else is interested in seeing how far we can push the current code give me your bts public key and I will hack together a new genesis with extra core for testing.

What is the minimum specs?
And how can you generate 20k transactions per second with limited number of nodes?

you will be able to flood with any node.  The only limit would be for active witnesses.  I'm not sure where the limit should be.
