Title: [WS] List of publicly know open API/Websocket Servers

Let us please improve this list:


For those running docker, you can build a docker file already using the BitShares-2 repository. The required docker file is already there.
So, no need to wait for others to publish their hosts first!

i have started to list all websockets i can find with some additional info

i added buttons to check the connection to your browser.
