Title: v0.4.24-RC2: please fix reference to btsx-background.jpg

Should be bts-background.jpg I assume:

Ya, there are a lot of references to these files. I started to fix them but there are too many. I'll wait for the next patch.

The fix is in bitshares branch, maybe you need to checkout that.
