is it possible to develop a bts to ethereum relay?

there is currently a large bounty for a doge relay http://ethdoge-bounty-status.meteor.com/

It certainly is possible. If not with current features then with a new feature. Recall that BTS is as turing complete as Ethereum. Deploying features just takes more efforts
