Title: Legal Issues with Brownie Points?
Post by: Tuck Fheman on August 28, 2015, 02:00:51 am
Since everyone seems to have their legal hats on these days, am I violating any US prostitution laws if I pimp Dan's hugs for profit on the internal exchange (aka the Dark Market)?

What if I just dangle Dan's hugs on the Sell side, but pull them off Null Street right before some weirdo pulls up to take his hugs away from me?

I know, I can be such a tease with other peoples affection.

But Imaplaya yo! I'm Big Pimpin' on B.L.A.P.s (https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=17526.0)!

It would certainly be ironic. Given how careful they've been with the reasons for how they are distributed I have little doubt they'll be fine. While speculation is rampant only Identabit has actually given them any value.

Brownie.PTS is brilliant in its simplicity. Community generated value absent of any endorsement from the issuer.

Your reply lacked any semblance of humor, therefore it has been rejected.  :P
