I would like to a create new BitShares X wallet with a stronger password.  What is the best way to go about this?  Do I need to start from scratch and register a new name or can I keep the old name?

You will see something similar. Give your friend address that looks like this

and have him add you to his contacts in
Directory -> Unregistered -> Add Contact

I do not know anyone who uses BTSX and as such am in the catch 22.
