We see this sometimes on certain systems, but do not have the resources to troubleshoot it. Development has moved focus onto developing the upcoming BitShares 2.0.
Unless someone else has suggestions, your best bet is probably to try a different computer or possibly use the experimental https://wallet.bitshares.org/
