Title: How to setup multisig account in GUI?

Thanks to Xeroc's document, I can understand how multisig works. But I am having hard time with setting up multisig account in GUI. Especially, when I tried to change active permssion (33/33/33 weight and 51 threshold), I met Missing Active Authority error.
Can someone explain how to?

Which document is this? I want to understand how this works too.
