Title: [Market Making Contest Announcement] Changing Buyer:Seller Reward Ratio to 70:30

Starting from Saturday 30th November, the buyer:seller reward ratio will be changed from 90:10 to 70:30.

Can  we also reduce the max daily BTS payout to allow this contest to run longer?
