They're dropping the price because there are few buyers and lots of sellers.

I am available for escrow, Bytemaster will vouch for me and I have 6 successful trades so far PTS <-> BTC

Usually I charge 0.5%, but I'm offering the service to the first three trades I facilitate for free.
