Actually the USD value haven't jumped much at all, I remember PTS marketcap was around $6 million about 2 months ago. Still around $6m today. It's the exchange rate vs Bitcoin that has jumped, probably due to Bitcoin's USD value declining.

There's enough time for another jump/bump/pump/dump, but I wouldn't buy or hold PTS on this expectation alone. Buy or hold if you want to be included in the upcoming snapshot. In the past, your PTS was still worth something after a snapshot. But if the market understands what is happening, this snapshot will suck the value out of PTS like nothing that has come before. Someone, somewhere may still choose to honor it in the future using a future snapshot list. But don't bet on it. And don't bet PTS will still be around long after this. So if you're timing your buy/hold, watch out for plummeting PTS!
