Force settlement offset 1%
Max force settle vol 0.5%

And how far eg. 5000 CNY settlement will go?

Max force settle vol 0.5%
These define how much do you want to rip off holders of smart coin. 1% and 0.5% means that they can force settle at 1% below the feed price and no more than 0.5% of market cap per day.
