You don't need someone to ask in the trollbox for you.  You can just create another account to log in and ask for yourself.

I'm sure there is a way...

however, it's best to either make a backup of the 2fa code or use Authy if you're not too paranoid

have anyone lost their 2FA access on poloniex? hope there is a way to rest and restore access... i have already submitted a support ticket...
