Annual Membership has not worked for me and at least 2 others users i know of
I understand this feature has or will be removed from the platform as its not working as intended - according to the github who have closed the issue
looking for a refund for the price i paid 4,000 BTS and discussing with Ronny who advised to create a topic so it can be solved

I just purchased an anual membership and it did not work first as well.
I cleaned cookies and history plus a deep refresh(ctrl+F5 same time) and it worked,
I hope you have a real approved account, before you worry

Hi,

Can you please provide more details as to what happened?

Were there specific error messages?

If so, could you possibly provide some screenshots to show it 'not working' ?

Hopefully we can figure out what is going wrong quickly.

tl;dr: woodygar-1 bought annual membership but received 0 cashback because for some reason his account's referrer_percent (or something like that) had been set to 0.

For those who bought annual membership from OpenLedger, please post to CCEDK board to ask for refund. https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/board,93.0.html or maybe https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/board,98.0.html. Or talk to Ronny via whatever communication channel.

As a temporarily "solution", the feature has been disabled in GUI -- new users will be unable to buy annual membership.
