您好，非常高兴社区能有您这样的监管者、督促着。
目前很多worker确实存在各种各样的问题。但我们第一期的worker大家是有目共睹的。相对于国外的很多worker也是性价比最高的。
1、我们有专业的团队，研发人员更是各种游戏行业互联网行业的CTO等职位。目前的预算，扣除各种公司运维、赏金任务、会议等开支后5人团队大概人均3万多RMB。这确实高于天朝互联网行业人均收益，但也仅限于3、4年经验人员。远低于中高端人才薪资。远低于其他worker的国外薪资水平。
2、对于研发方面。你可以仔细看看提案，里面的列出的功能并不比第一期少，并且我们会根据社区需求动态调整。并不仅仅是“维护”而已。
3、对于活跃用户部分。我们我们产品的用户量是不高，和移动互联网APP动着几百，上千万的APP更是没法相比。但目前整个币圈用户远远低于移动互联网基数。具体到BTS圈更少。目前初步估计BTS总日活也就几千量级。当然我们也会推进市场方面的工作，包括通过bitshares.org官网扩展海外市场等等。
4、关于外包价格，其实还有猪八戒等价格更低的平台。那种卖副本的和全新开发完全是两个概念。比如把BTS++副本。50000一份我也很乐意出售。所以你觉得价格这么低像时代那样的公司，用了好几年才搞出一个APP。为什么不直接外包？其中存在种种因素。需求不完全匹配、沟通交流成本、后期维护困难等。
最后、我们都希望BTS能有长远的发展，但BTS发展这么多年入门门槛高也是阻碍发展的主要原因。我们希望能给BTS提供高质量的、媲美中心化交易所的移动端产品。但团队也需要存活，不是吗？

As I replied to you earlier, I think this extra income is quite unstable, and currently it is about 200CNY per day.
In July, because the Market Fee sharing was just launched, many of our previous big whale users have not yet learned. Therefore, some of the fees are relatively shared. Now that this group of people has been updated to their own referrals or faucet, our income has been reduced a lot.
So this is not a sustainable income. And then we will replace the version of faucet such as AppStore, GooglePlay, bitshares.org with the version of the community, and there will be no such income.
In summary, I hope you can vote for us. Thank you.

If you were transparent by yourself 100% on market fee sharing profits, nobody would fud - but you took it silently and after negotiations for community faucet (in Shanghai with BBF).

I always assumed that the public codebase that is available is the community version (as it should be IMO!). Of course now any third party could copy, re-brand and use their own faucet.2. BBF never had the intention to create a new version of the app with another faucet, the app that you are distributing is the community version in my eyes. Providing the same app twice would hurt the ecosystem. We will keep you posted on the certificates.

I'm quite sure that before you joined BitShares through worker, those referrals were x6 to x10 less - without even looking. Please correct me if i'm wrong.1、I think the x6 to x10 data is not very accurate. According to our observations, most of our last month's share was from the ACRLL/CNY trading pair. I guess they are not BTS users.
2. Update on progress from both parties would be more reasonable, just to understand who is slow. We do have faucet worker that is funded and shouldn't be taking 2 months to properly sign you up for it.
3. Paying developers by having enough BTS to do CR means your worker is over-funded. CR 1.33 on BitUSD is disaster and please adjust it properly (to minimum of 1.6).

场外交易各种信息太模糊，完全没有鼓鼓那么简单易懂，而且字体还有遮挡。

OTC主要修复了少许bug。目前使用用户量不多，反馈的也不是太多。
上个月计划里提到的优化 OTC 工作，好像这个月没有列出。
花了两个月时间开发的功能，社区报了很大希望，希望是实际有用的。否则钱百花了。
帖子里没写清楚付款多少钱，换算价格是多少。
也还没有下一步的工作计划。
更新了采集和付款明细。
为什么本次工作 1.5 个月，转账 41521 USD （114万BTS），
而上次工作 2.7 个月，转账 26373 USD （180万BTS）？
采集价格的日期是怎么确定的？如果总是在跌价的时候采集，感觉不妥。
每月预算 20 万人民币，是否匹配完成的工作量？
下一个版本大概什么时候发布呢，开发的app很好用感谢您的认可。

1. New - Add complete stealth transfer function (transfer to blind account, transfer from blind account, blind transfer, blind accounts, blind receipts, scan import blind receipt, etc.).
一个比较严重的问题：
充币、提币、转账都应当集成到资产页面，而不是把 充/提币 放到服务页面。
1. 很多新手用户会将转帐当成充提币功能给交易所转币，比如gdex.eos什么的.
2. 用户会习惯性的在资产页面找充/提币功能, 而不是服务页面。
以火币app的资产页面样式做个参考就行。
