We just released 0.4.19 final, delegates, please upgrade your nodes.
- Required upgrade by block 640000
- Blockchain database will re-index on upgrade
- Cover positions will get automatically called after 1 month starting from block 640000 onwards
- Many market engine fixes
- Fix bug in wallet_regenerate_keys that prevented recovering market payouts using an old wallet backup
RC1 users are still required to upgrade. Blockchain database will re-index again on upgrade.

Added the md5 hash for windows binaries. OSX DMG should be signed by bitsha256, so no need to provide hash verification.
