Just to confirm, Ill be there.

Hmm the wallet graphs have disappeared in 0.4.16 :(

If everything compiled fine what are you trying to make?? You're done :)

Obviously not.

make would not fail if all was fine.

But you dont need to type "make" - that builds every single target. You just need "make BitSharesX"

890
Try specifying the target:

make BitSharesX

I was just making everything before.

Aah so I forgot to specify the target with:
Code: [Select]
make BitSharesX
When I just make everything, the web_update_utility_automoc target fails to build.

I already did that - no luck.
Code: [Select]
git submodule update

Is it just me, or does Counterparty sound as complicated as BitsharesX does to other people?

Does anyone get what the point of it is? Their genesis block by burning BTC scheme sounded nuts.

I have checked out v0.4.16-RC1 and I get the following compiler error:

Code: [Select]
source/bitsharesx/programs/utils/web_update_utility/update_utility.hpp:5:26: fatal error: WebUpdates.hpp: No such file or directory
 #include <WebUpdates.hpp>

Did someone forget to check that file in?

How about FREE to everyone who votes No in the Scotland referendum?  ;D
Hah! Jog on mate, i'm voting yes tommorow! ;P

On a more serious note, how did the 'Free' bitassets come into existance? Are user created bitassets a thing that anyone can make?

Ah hard luck mate - looks like we are together for another 300 years :)

Could I get some stars? +5%

Price is at $422 as of this post.

All in BTSX.

Unfortunately going all into BTSX does not protect against a fall in BTC.

Edit: I just remembered that 80% of BTSX volume is in CNY, not BTC, so maybe you are protected:

Technical Support / Re: Does demand for bitassets = demand for BTSX?
« on: September 18, 2014, 08:42:28 pm »
When someone buys a BitUSD, they sell 1 dollar's worth of BTSX. Their buy price is matched against someone taking the opposite view and shorting BitUSD. At that point BitUSD is created based on the collateral that the buyer and shorter have put down.

Yes demand for BitAssets creates demand for BTSX, because each BitAsset is collateralized by 3 times the value of BTSX. Collateral is held for the duration of the BitAsset, until it is destroyed.

No worries  ;D

I think lots of people havent noticed that because Bytemaster even had to make a post encouraging people to make use of that market.

via BTSX platform or via external exchanges?

Inside the BTSX wallet itself. Only restriction for BitBTC->BitUSD market is that you cant short, because shorting can only be done with trades involving BTSX.
