Stakeholder Proposals / [Poll] BAIP2:Reform of loopholes in feed price mechanism

Based on BAIP2, https://github.com/bitshares/baips/blob/master/baip-0002.md, now 2 poll worker proposals have been created:

1.14.237   Poll-BAIP2- Reform of loopholes in feed price mechanism.
1.14.238   Poll-BAIP2-Not reform of loopholes in feed price mechanism.

The purpose of this BAIP is to fix the loopholes in the feed price mechanism, to prevent instantaneous malicious shorting, or to increase the cost of malicious short selling.

Please vote according to your opinion.

if you ask me, common courtesy would be to establish contact to the witness before such action. Losing him would be a big loss to the whole network.

roelandp is super responsive and active, e.g. yesterday he adjusted his .pricefeed very quickly due to the ZB issue.

I was using the wrong config file after the ZB fixing issue. This config file did not have the "global_settlement_protection" . I am sorry for the mistake and risking your funds.

    现行见证人喂价方案，存在重大制度漏洞。严重利空，严重破坏了多空生态平衡。

    恶意做空者，利用此漏洞，当BTC下跌情绪时，恶意做空者在cex交易所杠杆借币（币真实信值得怀疑），恶意砸盘插针做空，导致喂价被恶意拉低，大批内盘抵押用户爆仓，产生巨量爆仓黄单，恶意做空者再借机吃回爆仓黄单，清还杠杆所借币，完美收割。此喂价机制漏洞，导致内盘抵押用户和广大bts持有者产生巨大损失，也严重阻碍了整个生态的发展。恶意做空者利用此喂价机制漏洞，做空插针吃爆仓单，稳赚不赔，此漏洞已深入恶意做空者人心，这是恶意做空的源头，此恶意做空源头不去，即使内盘交易深度翻了十倍，内盘用户翻了十倍，做空插针有利可图，BTS价格同样上去多少砸回来多少。BSIP76的通过与执行，也间接证明了此为恶意做空源头。

    基于此见证人喂价机制漏洞，cn-vote社区经过长时间讨论，综合论坛上百条谈论建议，综合社区几个月长时间，上万条讨论建议。总结出可行喂价改革有效方案，即：“现价”与“两日分时移动均价”取高。

    此方案，不完美，但简单，可行，有效，好推广。一定程度能阻碍插针做空情况的出现，或加大做空成本，减轻目前多空严重利空的失衡。

“现价”与“两日分时移动均价”取高

1：方案：

喂价在“现价”和“两日分时移动均价”两者之间取高者。

2：具体实施措施：

本方案与之前所有社区关于喂价的共识不冲突，见证人按照原社区共识继续进行喂价采集，原黑天鹅保护、最低喂价锁定等社区共识继续执行。
本方案仅要求喂价脚本中加入1所述方案，既喂价在“现价”和“两日分时移动均价”两者之间取高者。

实施措施：

3:名词解释与补充说明:


喂价：改革后实时喂价。
现价：改革前现行喂价体系的实时喂价。
两日分时移动均价：两日分时移动均价 =(∑nk=1现价(k))  /n=（现价（1）+现价（2）+现价（3）…+现价（n））/n 。
   a):n为取样频率，为48倍数，即n = 48*m ；m为正整：m=1,2,3…。
   b):现价（k）为取样时刻的现价，现价(1) 为此刻现价，现价(n)为48小时前当时现价。
   c):取样间隔（单位小时）：取样间隔=48/n = 48/（48*m）   即：m=1,两日小时移动均一小时取样一次，m=2,两日小时移动均半小时取样一次，以此类推。
