Vato_, actually the logo and symbol appear to be "Labeled for reuse with modification" - even commercially. If you do an advanced Google image search for BitShares and select for Usage Rights: free to use, share or modify, even commercially... these results appear

pls feel free to use the BTS logo ... if you get trouble with ... i'm in charge of & pls forward issues to me ...If i'm wrong(@bitshares team) pls let me know…

for those not knowing cass ... he is the lead designer and contractor of I3 .. so when he says it's ok .. then it definitely is :)

Cass is the IP owner if such a thing exists.
