CCEDK is doing a wonderful job promoting BitShares!

Great work.    Please help support the USD/BitUSD market by offering your BitUSD for sale on CCEDK.

Thank you for the nice words bytemaster, and yes, it could be great with some support of BItUSD, this time with a few months for Bitshares 2.0 it gives extra incentive to sell/trade bitusd and build up momentum for the introduction to CCEDK bitshares wallet, where everything is possible, well almost everything :) ;)

We need trading activity showing on CMC every day and hopefully step by step increasing volume, then the new users will come as well, and the synergy will be clear with Bitshares 2.0

Well, I would say journalist is not that wrong here, it says spent twice, but you have to get the meaning here, first it is the global economy having spent the amount, and then comes what it has been spent on, you understand?

hmm i still think it'd read much better with one spent. I get what you're saying and in that scenario it's just missing a coma and it'd read well then ie:

With the global economy having spent over US$500 billion, spent last year on fees for...

Great article though - nice work CCEDK! :)

a little bit feedback

i now tried ccedk

what you should absolutly improve is the time "on moderation" if i want to withdraw. needs to long. for a trader, who wants to sell and buy often and maybe on different
exchanges this takes to long!

Thank you shentist for the feedback. We have a certain security set up which allows users only to withdraw in automode equivalent to what you deposited, so anyone depositing and trying to withdraw again all at once, may fint it problematic in automode and is therefore meat to wait for the semiautomatic approval by the opush of a button once checked that all is in order.

This procedure is simply to secure the users againsta certain kind of hackers, and should not be a issue once getting a hang of it, as you just withdraw a little less than what you initially deposited if you want it quick, or otherwise take it all waiting for the approval.

Please try it one more time this way, and let me have your comments here please.

Thanks

Ronny

If no one else from our community plans on writing a proposal I plan on doing so, even if only as an exercise for better understanding how this technology might be adopted in the future.
Clout, you are the chosen one  :)

I wonder if @bytemaster is aware of this - if done right it can be a great PR opportunity for BTS 2.0.
Maybe we should also take @ccedk into this boar .. Ronny seems to be fairly familiar with the banking industry already

Just let me know in whichever I can help. I have noticed the thread and i quickly ran over the text in the links, but have not had a chance to into it any deeper than that

Unlike prepaid cards similar to the ones from ANX, Xapo and others, Nanocard bridges the gap between disruptive digital currency and existing financial infrastructure

seems no cny-usd exchange rate

No I guess it is simply because cny is on a separate branch of bank, but I have something else for you instead.

Today we will create the following trading pairs to make it much easier for you to get bitUSD

BitUSD/CNY
BitUSD/EUR
BitUSD/JPY

will all be created today, so I hope we can have some EUR contributors as well as Japanese Yen to join in and this way be able to directly buy BitUSD from eiter USD, EUR, CNY or JPY, and eventually buy back bitshares on exchange, by changing back to fiat and then usd the BTS to fiat pairs.

cny remittance i  have not try yet.

please see the pm, i just tried  deposits bts to CCEDK  but failed.

I hope you can check the cny remittiance, very important to us to have this set up properly for chinese to use

we are working on the matter, we face constant small bugs in bitshares part when trying to connect in automode, but working on it

cny remittiance  & exchange  cny-btc(sadly  no volume&depth )    btc-usd  usd-bitusd  to  finish the  exchange task?

thank you  very much.

can i cny remittiance to ccedk bank of icbc & get usd even bitUSD on my account?  at proper exchange rate

If it is important to be able to send cny and then exchange to bitusd, maybe we simply create a trading pair like this,

if you want usd on the base of cny pls check yourself the exchange rate on our banks calculator http://www.tkb.lv/en/calculators/currency-calculator , then we can transfer it to a deposit rq create by you in usd, but where you transfer amount in cny according to icbc bank details

Tech issues or negociations are still happening?

Holding my breath--- we've seen the banks pull out of partnerships so many times already...

They are definitely still happening, but you said it yourself, the technical issues with financial side is taking longer than first anticipated. we have meeting agai coming week about the progress and how is the time frame. Thes things take longer from other side, and all we have to do is wait and be patient no matter how har it is really

International remittance USD too expensive is too slow
BTS - usd BTC - usd lack  depth

bitCNY-bitUSD market  lack  depth too

I think its a good point here, and I would love for more to add liquidity simply to get things started.

I hear you say international remittance in usd too slow and too expensive, is it the cost fro from china banks which are high, as we dont charge anything in our for for USD deposits!

bitcny bits usd market - we need whales to support thi market please, or maybe we have to just wait untill ccedk wallet version?

how about the cny remittance, is this also expensive?
