DNS holders were paid out when the DNS (aka KeyID) chain was "merged" into BTS.
-
Thanks very much however l have received an email from Bter that distribution has not been made yet,l l try to get in touch with them again.
Thanks
-
Can anyone confirm that Bter DNS holders also paid out? bter is denying any distribution pls help
l had around 4m DNS how many BTS l suppose to redeem?
Thanks

Based on these threads, it looks like they should have been vesting the balances out over two years:

I could be way off, but I think 4MM DNS translates into about about 250,000 BTS
EDIT: Just found this thread too:

I have 1M DNS in bter ,Still have nothing , and 1.8 btc in bter the say losed in 2015 events, I think we should gettother some same situation people and ask bter for paying these. And btc38 had paid bts for dns.

Why in hell do you use a centralized exchange and why do you use it to store your wealth?
It is already known for years that your funds are at risk on those exchanges and that the probability to receive sharedrops is very low.
If bter does not do what you want we cannot help you.
What is the reason BitShares does exist, what do you think?
-
To be fair, I don't think DNS was ever traded on the BitShares DEX.

looks like we are in Bter mercy imo ,Can a member of BTS dev confirm if Bter Paid out yet?
Then we can try bombarding with Tweeter and other social network tbh

If Bter have real dns then they can claim bts as we know and give these bts to the dns holder, if have not....
-
l m still waiting to hear from a member of BitShares Dev to come up with an answer .
Dev please help all l need is an answer
Thanks in advance

I don't think "the devs" (whoever they may be) can answer that authoritatively. You'll have to ask Bter, only they will know for sure.

l did ask them quite a few times this is Bter last repond
The BTS for DNS is yet to be distributed

If that's what they're telling you, then they're lying.

The BTS for DNS is yet to be distributed
Distributed by whom to whom?
In the genesis block of BTS-2.0 from 2014-11-07, every holder of BTS/AGS/PTS/DNS received a BTS sharedrop, vested over two years. That two-year-period ended like 6 months ago. All they (Bter) have to do is claim these balances using their DNS private keys and distribute them to their users.

Thanks very much for clarification, looks like Bter has no intention to distribute redeemed BTS to their users.
