That won't work .. 9090 is the p2p port .. I assume you have opened 8090 for 0.0.0.0 aswell? then using 185.82.203.92:8090 will work
I have had some intermittent connection issues with the primary MUSE server so I created a seed node others are welcome to use (settings->API Connection) 185.82.203.92:9090
Latest docker build process now purges the temporary build files and should make the container a lot smaller ..
