Waves Deposit I Sent, Isn't Showing Up?!?!

Isn't the admin suppose to respond to users problems?!?!  Now bitshares took off Waves deposits off......Come on Bitshares, your platfrom DID NOT SHOW THAT BEFORE.  Please help or at least make it correct with giving me BTS instead

Hello Bitshares Technical Support, I have been trading on your platform for sometime, but last week I had an issue with my WAVES transfer. I already have WAVES on your platfrom and decided to move more over last week. I am still waiting on the transaction to go through.  I have confirmation that is was sent to the correct address and the correct coins. This is the same way I transferred WAVES previously to bitshares. Not sure why it isn't showing up? Please help BITSHARES technical support please....

I have the confirmation that is left and was sent properly on my end.
