I assume you have BTC in an outside Bitcoin wallet? And you want to buy BitUSD?

Please clarify again what you actually have right now, and where? In oder outside of BitShares?

I think The Cex.io & coinBase are best platforms to Trade Bitcoin with USD, But you should trade bitcoin and other currency with USDT that available almost all Cryptocurrency exchange sites.
