Try to rescan your wallet?
-
I ran the command, nothing
My recent transactions show
FROM TO MEMO AMOUNT FEE DATE

But inside my account don't see the transaction, nor the balance of 867BTS
any more suggestions?

Ah, the dreaded UNKNOWN transaction. By chance, did you back up your wallet on one computer and then try to use the wallet on another computer? If so, Bitshares doesn't work terribly well like that.
Try these steps, they fixed it for me when I had a missing balance and UNKNOWN transactions showing up in my wallet: http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/Best_Practices/RecoverFunds
It's kind of a pain, but go through the whole How To list and ask back here if they don't work.

ok, will check it out.
@biophil, how do i get a cool robot like yours?

Go to robohash.org (or .com, I don't remember) and type in your account name.

Did you regenerate keys and rescan and all that stuff? If so and you still get the error, then we may have to get a dev in here to interpret it.

1) make a backup of your wallet
2) regenerate 10k keys for your account with
wallet_regenerate_keys joseluisuribe 10000
3) rescan
4) wait for the rescan to complete
5) once you see all your funds again transfer them baack to yourself
6) recover the backup (the backup has less keys and is thus faster)

Hello,
After step 4, I still don't see any funds available, therefore i cannot transfer them back to me. Also, now i get the error Failure during transaction scanning.
do you have more suggestions?
Thank you.

There is a known bug in v0.4.24 that coused very many people to get that same error. It means you can't scan the most recent transactions, so you won't see them.
It has been fixed. You can either download the patch (v0.4.24.1)
Fixed version is here:
https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares/releases/tag/v0.4.24.1
or wait for v0.4.25 which is already in testing.
