Both address

Largest PZjuBRaUzZkMeJ3GezeS149PRRsmWQUpSt> 37,007.36604 BTSX but can not be redeemed,

First of all don't worry  :) I3 here and will reply also.
Probably BitSharesX has a problem with import wallet.dat

Let's do folowing steps:
1. Run BitShares-PTS wallet and type in console: dumpprivkey PZjuBRaUzZkMeJ3GezeS149PRRsmWQUpSt (make sure that wallet is unlocked, to unlock wallet you can use command walletpassphrase <password> 86400)
2. Copy private key and enter it directly to BitSharesX client

I tried, but no

I tried to import the private key and wallet file import, will not work in two ways

walletpassphrase XXXXXX 10000

dumpprivkey PZjuBRaUzZkMeJ3GezeS149PRRsmWQUpSt

Get my private key "KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK"

I BTSX client to import "KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK", shows success,
